Description

Enough Is Enough (EIE) is a national, non-partisan, 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 1994 and headquartered in Virginia. Our core mission is to make the Internet safer for children and families by preventing Internet-enabled exploitation, exposure to pornography, cyberbullying, and digital predation.

We employ a comprehensive, multi-pronged strategy:

  • Education & Awareness — Equipping parents, educators, and caring adults with research-based guidance, tools, resources (e.g. Internet Safety 101®)

  • Corporate Accountability — Urging tech firms, ISPs, public WiFi hosts, and platforms to adopt family-safe policies, filters, and content controls

  • Policy & Enforcement Advocacy — Working with lawmakers, regulators, and law enforcement to strengthen legal protections and enforce existing laws against online abuse

  • Cultural & Faith Engagement — Mobilizing faith communities and public voices to uphold human dignity, healthy sexuality, and child protection

Our achievements include bipartisan pledges for Presidents, Governors, and Attorneys General; an Emmy- and Telly-award winning media curriculum; high-impact campaigns like Safe WiFi, Project Wilberforce, and the Public Health Porn Pandemic; and thousands of media, Congressional, and tech engagements.

As a 100% donor-supported organization, we rely on individuals, foundations, and partners who share the conviction that childhood deserves protection — even in a digital age.
